Sculptor 4GL has been around for
more than twenty years, and Sculptor-based applications are used by a
wide range of businesses and
other organisations, but the product has been losing ground to its
competitors for many years. This does not mean that your Sculptor
software has to be replaced immediately, but it does mean that you need
to consider where you want to be in the mid-term.

example, migration to a relational database backend, offering higher

Our approach to application migration is evolutionary, and not
revolutionary, so as each phase is completed you have the choice of
moving further forward towards a completely open source solution,
or of staying with a combined proprietary/open source application. And
we do things at a pace that you - the customer - are comfortable with.
