Genus

The Genus Group, which includes The Microfilm Shop, supplies microfilm consumables, equipment and storage systems worldwide. The entire operation, including the German and French subsidiaries, runs on software provided by Clockwork Software Systems:

MCC Accounts ensures that Genus' business runs under tight financial control, and our Sales Contacts system manages their world-wide database of over 40,000 microfilm users.

Bespoke stock control and purchase order processing modules manage The Microfilm Shop's inventory, allowing sales staff to respond to  customer enquiries rapidly and efficiently.

Our Sales Invoicing System enables anyone at The Microfilm Shop to produce invoices in English, French or German for all relevant currencies, regardless of whether they speak the language.

As well as applications software, we have been responsible for The Microfilm Shop's hardware for over ten years, during which time three major upgrades have taken place with minimal disruption.
